The Aramis project and her partners are all committed to D&I and value the unique perspectives, experiences, expertise, cultures, and working styles that each employee brings. Today is IWD, international women's day. A global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity.
The theme of this year is 'inspire inclusion'. This theme highlights the significance of diversity and empowerment across all sectors of society. The Aramis project inspires inclusion within the team, the project, and in the value chain. Inclusion doesn't just happen; it has to be cultivated. One way to do this is to celebrate women's achievements and rally for women's equality. That is exactly what the LinkedIn group CCS Women - Netherlands (for all women working in CCS, CO2 Capture and Storage), founded by two Aramis ladies Berte Simons & Annemarie Manger, does.
